Isn't the US Postal service great, yeah right. Like I said I located the electric step gear I needed and had it shipped 2 days Priority.
The problem with that, it took four and a half days to get here and that cost me $10.00 more for that service. I guess that wasn't really bad because our son a couple of years ago sent me some mail 2 days Priority and it took 5 days.
I installed the new part yesterday evening even though it was way to hot I wanted to finish it it right away, Everything went ok except upon trying it I will have to do a little adjusting to it.
So sometime today it is back under the motorhome again,
Did I mention I'm getting to old for this stuff

This is the travels of Joe and Nancy. Nancy is part Cherokee and I'm Hungarian, thus the name of our blog. We started full timing May,1,2000. We traveled in our motorhome visiting beaches,state parks,national parks,corp of engineer parks. We have overnighted in Walmarts, 24 hour grocery store, boat ramps, FlyingJ. Now with health issues and old age. Plus, we have not used the motorhome in a few years, this part of our life has come to an end.

Having anything mailed anywhere these days is not what it used to be.
We have to think about age as simply a number in order to continue Enjoying this wonderful Lifestyle.

It's about time.
At least you got your part for the step. I have had t replace a gear on our electric step 3 times over 14 years, but it dies get a lot of use. Crawling around in the ground does seem to get harder every year.
