To Much Rain

It rained all day yesterday. With all the rain it started leaking somewhere in the front of the motorhome on drivers side. Now this is not a good thing.
We went to Stinnet RV over the river in Indiana. They have a Camping World Store there. I bought a couple tubes of rubber caulking for the roof. Now to get on the roof and find where it might be leaking in and put on the caulking.

After a restful night at the Flyingj we had breakfast and got ready to travel. I waited about 20 minutes for the lane to clear out so I could fill up the propane tank. I called into the station and they said that someone would be out to fill the propane tank. When the guy came out he said something was wrong with the hose and could'nt fill the tank. So off we went. We usually stay in the Grandma's RV Park we didn't make reservations so heres hoping. They said that they had a site for 4 nights after that he didn't know. After some talking he said he would find some way to keep me. By the time I got set up and went back to talk to him he said I could stay on that site for the week. It rained in the afternoon and is still pouring rain today.

Still Raining

Its 12:30 pm and still pouring the rain, with thunder and lightning. Not a good day for getting out.

Well it did stop raining so we got in the car to see what we could find. As we were driving down the road we saw a sign that said Bernhiem Forest. So we had to look. We found this little lake with a walking trail round it. Nice walk. They had it landscape nice with flowers, shrubbery and trees.

The lake also had a stage and elavated lawn with large boulders to sit on.

We had another good day.
