Nothing still new.  To tell the truth we are just not feeling the best and that is keeping us from doing things.  We're not real sick just enough to not being our usuall selves.  Yesterday Carolyn and Sam invited us over for some spaghetti,which was good.  I am now having some stomach problems in that when I eat it is causing pain going down.  Maybe to much acid?  Well anyway I know you don't want to hear about all this(after me already telling you about it).
Today Sam,Carolyn,Nancy and I are going up to Wildwood to see our friends Dallas and Gerry Jude that are also from the West Virginia.

Rain Today

We finally got to church yesterday.  It has been a while that Nancy and I both were up to going.  We are on the mend though. Yesterday was a nice sunny day and the temp got up to 75°.  After church Sam,Carolyn,Nancy and myself had dinner at Kaposey's.

It rained almost all night and is still rainning this morning,but thats ok we don't have any plans except going to Walmart sometime today,with hopes that the rain will stop or slow down enough for that.

Flea Market Day

Yesterday we went to the USA Flea Market.  I found some large alligator clips for my battery charger that I have been looking for for months.  I had one of them on my charger that broke,it was made of heavy plastic and the ones I bought are all metal,so they should last a long time.  I also bought some vegetables.  From the flea market it was to Pam's Kitchen for dinner.  I was dissapointed with the food this time as it was not close to being prepared as I had told them and after it came the second time out still wasn't very good.  After the dinner we went to the inside flea market that was in the same strip mall where we had eaten.  The evening was doing the usual things.

Did I say cold!

Someone please tell me I'm in Florida.  I keep hearing "this is not your normal weather for Florida". After two straight winters like this I'm begining to think it is normal weather for Florida. This morning it was 31 when we woke up.
Yesterday Sam and I went down to the Northern Tool and Equipment store at Tarpon Springs to see what it looked like.  This was my first time in the store and I have to say it will not be my last time.  This place has just about any kind of tool a guy would want or need.  After spending around an hour looking around and buying a few things we went to Walmart to get a couple of needed items.  On the way back home we stopped and got a Little Caesar's "Hot and Ready" pizza.  The remainder of the day was a short nap,on the computer and watching a couple of college basketball games on the tv.  

I finally got the antibiotic prescription filled yesterday.  So now I hope I will start on the mend and quit so much coughing.

The flowers are still having a time trying to stay alive in this weather.  Some will make it and some won't.

Yesterday was a dreary day with clouds most of the day. The sun did try to get out towards the evening time.  Carolyn invited us over for dinner yesterday evening,she had made chili with beans which tasted very good.  After eating and sitting around talking for a while we all took a short walk around the park.  The rest of the evening was watching the college "BCS" football game.

Here we go again

Around and around again yesterday.  I called the doctor office to make sure they called my prescription in to Walmarts since the fax that they sent in was lost somewhere in cyber space.  They said yes they did call it in.  I then called Walmart to see if it was ready. Here we go again,the Walmart pharmacy said they never got a call from the doctors office. So the antibiotics I'm supposed to be taking is nowhere to be found.  I guess I will have to go to the doctors office and get the prescription in my hands and take it in.  I told Nancy maybe I should make a video of me handing the prescription to the pharmacy just in case they may say I never gave it to them.  I've had trouble with the Walmart pharmacy before but nothing like this. So today will be a day of doing nothing again,Nancy and I do that like old pros already.

Yesterday I was back at the doctor.  They did an xray and EKG,everything was ok on those,but still congested.  The doc fax a prescription to Walmart for antibiotics.  So when it came evening time we went to Walmart for a few things and to pic up my medicine.  No medicine,it seems as though Walmart didn't get the fax,I said I have a copy of the fax he did send it.  I'll go home get the copy to show you.  Came back showed the copy. No good they have to have original,I don't have the original he fax it to you people,we don't have it. It started to sound like the Abbot and Costella bit that was on tv years ago about the baseball players. Anyway I had to call the doctor's office and get them to call in the prescription.  The rest of the evening was as usuall. 

Thrift Stores

Although I'm still on the puny side with more coughing then should be we went out with Sam and Carolyn yesterday.  We went out to see if we could find bargains at the thrift stores.  First it was to a couple of stores in a small plaza where Sam bought some things,Nancy and myself didn't see anything we couldn't do without.  From there we were off to the Salvation Army store in Holiday.  Once again Nancy and I didn't find anything,but Sam who seems to like the thrift store thing bought a couple of things.  After that we came home,ate dinner and did our evening thing that we always do.

Hair Cut

Yesterday was haircut day for Nancy and myself.  First we went to Aldi to get a few groceries and then it was for a haircut which took a while.  There were quite q few ahead of us.   From there I stopped a Pizza Hut for the pasta special which we brought home and shared with our friends Sam and Carolyn Opauski,who are renting the cottage next to us.  Then it was just our typical evening.

Getting Better

I didn't mean for this blog to be a health and wellness blog but that is what has been happening to me lately.  Anyway I'm getting better and it does seem to be more of a virus or some kind of bug instead of just a sinus thing.  There are quite a few of the people in the park with the same thing.  I've still got a linering deep cough.
I managed to finally get the Christmas light off of the carport and put them away.  We also went to Sams Club for a few things I just wished Sams didn't have such a big bunch of things together.  I guess that is the most profitable for them.  The weather has returned to our normal temps of around 70° which feels good.

Happy New Year

Wishing everyone a very Nappy New Year.  I still fell puny today.  Maybe after a very more doses of the pills in the z tab or zpac which ever its called,I will feel better.  Just sitting around and feeling sorry for myself.
