Pearl Harbor Day

Yes there's some of us that still remembers and never will forget this day.
The parades and all the things that use to happen on this day seem to be gone as we get older. So please remember all the veterans.
We finally got out to walk. It seems as though we are not doing the walking regular like we use to and we can tell it in our bones when we walk.

We went to JB Starkey Park yesterday to do our walking. It has been a year since we have walked in this park.  Boy we are going to have to walk more.
Our body needs the walking.
