We are staying in Wears Valley at the Smoker Holler RV Resort,which in reality is just a campground. This Park is a member of Recreation USA which have their price of $10.00 plus tax a night. It is located on route 321 ten miles south of Pigeon Forge and five mile from Townsend.
This is the travels of Joe and Nancy. Nancy is part Cherokee and I'm Hungarian, thus the name of our blog. We started full timing May,1,2000. We traveled in our motorhome visiting beaches,state parks,national parks,corp of engineer parks. We have overnighted in Walmarts, 24 hour grocery store, boat ramps, FlyingJ. Now with health issues and old age. Plus, we have not used the motorhome in a few years, this part of our life has come to an end.

Madisonville,Tennessee
We have been visiting our grandson and his family for the past couple of days. He has a large driveway and yard so we have been parked here for another free spot. We will leave tomorrow going to Pigeon Forge for a while visiting our son and his family.

Hiedleburg Castle
The Alpine Village of Helen,Georgia. This is a small town in the north mountains of the state. All the restuarants,motels,shops must be build on this theme. This is a tourist town that gets crowded. The Castle is a restuarant..
Tubing
There were hundreds of people tubing the river today. This is fun going down the river and over the small rapids..
Wind Mill
The town even has a wind mill,which is a motel. We had a great time with our visit here. We will leave here in the morning heading into Tennessee...
Shriner's
The Shriner's are in town for their parade tomorrow. They got an early start this evening with the Hillbilly Truck,motorcycles,small cars. Everyone one was having a good time with all the antics going on..
Unicoi State Park
We left Warner Robins,Georgia and arrived at Unicoi State Park near Helen,Georgia. This is a town that is somethings called Little Switzerland.

Warner Robins
We left Ashburn this morning drove a short way up I-75 to Warner Robins. We'll stay here parked in my brothers drive way for a few days then move on. I'm hoping to go out to the air base and see the collection of old Air Force planes they have.

Rain, Rain
Not doing to much,we've had a lot of rain the last couple of days. A tornado warning but no tornado. Hanging around Ashburn,Georgia a few more days then going north on I-75 to Warner Robins to visit my brother.
