Safe trip

Well I was worrying about being able to pull out of Joe's driveway with the extra steep incline.

I did all that for nothing, the big Ford V-10 made it without any trouble what so ever and after connecting the car we were on out way.

It wasn't long before heading up over the Smokie  Mountains.
The road ways were lined with cars of the mountain hikers.

I was really surprised to see the amount of elk out in the fields in the middle of the day.

Nancy and I thought it looked like there were 50-70 of them.

While Gatlinburg had the streets full of people on the streets Cherokee was very spare

One of the restaurants that was open was Paul's  Nancy and I have dined a few times.

After going on and spending overnight in a lot of Walmart we arrived at Nick's on Thursday.
We enjoying time here  with him and Joan.

Thanks for stopping by and have a great day.
