Saturday Nancy and I went to Milledgeville to do a little shopping because she needed a few things.
By the time we got there it was getting time to eat so we went to Judy's Country Kitchen where we always eat because you just can't beat the price of the senior buffet of $6.00. They have a small buffet of three or four types of meat, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, corn, green beans, cabbage and a bunch more with a twelve item salad bar.
My first trip was fried chicken, pinto beans, cabbage, fried rice and the small plate deviled eggs, cucumber, macaroni salad, pasta salad that with a much needed diet coke as I had a second plate full. We came away very nourished
Next stop was Walmart for the things Nancy needed and I bought a couple of items I needed.
Next was to Kroger to fill up the car with fuel and also some bread, cookies and Sherbet for Nancy.
The rest of the evening we were on the computers that have a stop and go internet connection here at the lake
Yesterday we were kind of lazy so we didn't do to much until dinner time then it was time to get cooking.
Nancy inside while I was outside attending the grill.
While I was outside waiting on the grill I noticed the our neighbor did some good "Red Neck Engineering" with the house air conditioner setting in a chair to cool the inside of his tent.
From the grill to the plat was the "Ribeye Steak" that brother Nick gave us when we were ready to leave Thursday. The steaks with potatoes, peas and corn on the cob made for good eating.
Thank you very much Nick and Joann the steaks where excellent.
We had a very good day.
Thanks for stopping by and have a great day.
