This is the travels of Joe and Nancy. Nancy is part Cherokee and I'm Hungarian, thus the name of our blog. We started full timing May,1,2000. We traveled in our motorhome visiting beaches,state parks,national parks,corp of engineer parks. We have overnighted in Walmarts, 24 hour grocery store, boat ramps, FlyingJ. Now with health issues and old age. Plus, we have not used the motorhome in a few years, this part of our life has come to an end.
Laurel Falls is one of many waterfalls in the Smokie Mountains. In order to get to the falls you have to hike 1 1/2 mile up and around the mountain top. What was amazing is the amount of water coming down the falls this high up. We did this hike after we had already walked 3 1/2 miles. Not to bad for a couple of old folks.
