About as normal as it can be. Not really,our grandson Haven spent the weekend with us. Friday was the laundry day and after that we picked up Haven. Then we went to Ci Ci's Pizza where Nancy,Haven and myself ate way to much. We got back to the motorhome,did a little walking.
Saturday was the usual college football day for me. I did find the time to grill up some steaks. That with a few sides that Nancy prepared made a good dinner.
Yesterday was a lazy day of getting ready and going to Wendys for a small dinner with Cherisa. After our dinner we said our goodbyes to Haven and Cherisa. We stopped at Kroger for some groceries. Then we settled in for the evening. A nice weekend visit with Haven.
This is the travels of Joe and Nancy. Nancy is part Cherokee and I'm Hungarian, thus the name of our blog. We started full timing May,1,2000. We traveled in our motorhome visiting beaches,state parks,national parks,corp of engineer parks. We have overnighted in Walmarts, 24 hour grocery store, boat ramps, FlyingJ. Now with health issues and old age. Plus, we have not used the motorhome in a few years, this part of our life has come to an end.

Rain
It rained on and off most of the day yesterday. After we had our showers we went into Pigeon Forge to the Belz Mall to do our walking. This is a very nice mall,but for some reason not many people come here to shop. Looking at the prices on the clothing in the stores they have good prices. As we were walking I had to go into the Coleman Camping Store. They were having a Truckload Sale on most of the equipment. We didn't buy anything. Then We went into the Black & Decker Store. Again nothing that we wanted to buy. We came back to the motorhome and had left overs for dinner. Cherisa and Haven came out to see us later in the evening. We are going to pick Haven up when he gets home from school. He will be spending the weekend with us. Today is another laundromat day for us.

Hanging Around
Hanging around the campground for the next few days until its time to move again. Friday we did some more walking. Empting the grey water tank into a 6 gallon jug to take to the dump station. No grey water dumping are allowed on the ground here.
Yesterday was a busy day for me? I watched college football games all day long. I get tired watching the games,but it sometihing I enjoy doing. So there you have it. No exciting but what we are doing.

9-11
Lets all remember ten years ago on the date what happened and each one always be on guard.
Yesterday was another good day for us. Well it started out at what I thought was going to be a day of working on my generator. I went out to start the generator,it usually takes one or two pulls on the cord. I pulled and pulled but it wouldn't fire or sputter. Man,oh no I thought what now. So I took out the spark plug thing it may be bad. No,it looked good but dry,uh huh not getting any gas. The I notice and said to myself,how did you forget to do that. Yeah I didn't move the lever over to choke it. Put the spark lug back in and tried starting it the right way. Two pulls on the cord and ignition it started.
We went over to Vicki's and then all of us went to the China Dragon Buffet for a late lunch. Thank you Vicki I enjoyed being with you and family.
From lunch we went out to the Arboretuim to see the bird out display they had. We had a tough time getting to it because the crowd from the football game had the traffic in a mess. After viewing the bird houses and walking around we went to Vicki's place where we sat around talking and watching television. It was a good day.

Lexington,Kentucky
We got away yesterday around 12:22pm. The short trip of 89 miles to Lexington was a nice trip,we even saw some sunshine for the first time in 5 days. I went to the Horse Park to empty the tanks on the motorhome then it was to the Walmart for the night. We went over to Vicki's for a good visit and to have a Little Caesar's pizza. After getting back to the motorhome I watched tv for a while and Nancy read one of her many books.

Moving On
Yesterday was one of those stay around the motorhome day. We did get over to Jackie's house for a visit and a good meal of spaghetti. Everyone can't fix,well can't fix spaghetti the way I like it. Jackie is one of a few that can. I'm not fond of most of the restaurant that have spaghetti.
Today it is time to move on down the road. We have had a great time here and like so many times in our travels the time to leave is a little sad but,we have to keep going. We will be visiting Vicki for a few days.

Tme to Move
We've not been doing anything special,just visiting and going out to eatand that is very special to us. Don,Justin and I did go ou to watch a jv football games this evening. Don's grandson plays for the Hurricane team and they won the game. This is the first game I have been to watch in years.
Tomorrow we will be traveling into Kentucky to see Jackie and it will also be our family reunion time. This is always a good time for everyone. I think this year there will be around 30 of us. It will be a little down this year.
