Christmas Pot Luck

Suncoast RV Park furnished the ham,turkey and drinks. Everyone else brought what ever. These dinners are always great get togethers.

Christmas Presents

After dinner we had the present exchange. They always have what they call Chinese present exchange. Everyone has a number and then someone pulls numbers out of a hat. When your number is called you go up and pick a present open it up for everyone to see. The next person goes up does the same but,when you get a present you can change with anyone that has already got a present. Theres always a present that goes around to several people before the last person. This is always the fun part.

What a Crowd

Well we were out shopping yesterday and I told Nancy that it would be crowded today. I told her I didn't want to fight the crowd today. So we wake up this morning(you guessed it)she says I have to get some things today. Had to go to the Post Office I would have thought that it would have a crowd but,surprise two people in there. So far so good. Then we proceed to go to WalMart. Wow what a mad house. We did finaly get in and back out. Now I can relax while I smell the home-made nut rolls that are baking in the oven .

Still Lower

Can you believe it? The price fell another .02 cents a gallon. Also you can overnight at this WalMart,Which is located at US
. Hwy.19 & Ridge Rd. in Port Richey.

Lower Gas Prices

Today the price of regular unleaded gas fell again. This is the price of gas in Port Richey,Florida at the WalMart w/card. The gas has fallen about .15 cents in three weeks.

Always a lot of birds around. Most are busy looking for food,some are content to just hang around looking,

How many speeders can you catch with this police car? This is actually a police car in Tarpon Springs,Florida. You can see just about anything on any beach side. Ahhh,nothing like the beach.

Fred Howard Park

We take a walk through the park before we go and set in the sun. There is always a breeze coming off the gulf and its nice and shady. The Fred Howard Park is located in Tarpon Springs,Florida.

The River

New Port Richey is called the Little City by the river. This is a shot of Cootee River down stream. You can go out the river into the Gulf of Mexico. As you can see the tide is out.

The Church

You may or may not see the church steeple on the other side of the lake. This is the First Baptist Church in the middle of Port Richey.

This is another picture looking up river. We go this way on the way to church. Going this way just sets the mood for the whole day.

The Island

The sun was nice today so we thought we would go down to the Fred Howard Park in Tarpon Springs to lay on the beach. This is a picture from the causeway looking out at the island.

The Beach

Not to many people here today. We stayed a couple of hours,then the wind picked up and it got a little cool. We keep forgetting that it is winter time.
