Mural

Port Richey has just started painting murals on the wall of downtown buildings. The one above the little boy fishing is so good that you have to look hard cause it looks like a paper poster on the wall.

Remember These?

Remember the old 50's type Juke Boxes with the bubble lights? We could put a nickel in and select a tune or 6 plays for a quarter. Then they went to a quarter for one play. We went to the A &W restaurant yesterday and saw this old one with the songs from the 50's on it. Guess what? It was free play, just make a selection and it played your song free. WOW now can you believe that?

Big Cows

No the're not real. These 3 cows are in front of a local steak house. They're awful large,I don't know if this is any indication of the size of steak they serve.

Hummmer

Saw this stretched hummer on the road today. It must have been 35 feet long. Can you imagine the price tag on that?

Sunday Paper

The St.Petersburg Times and The Tampa Bay Tribune are sold on the busy intersection on Sundays. What amazes me is how can they sell the paper for .50. I come from a small town and the Sunday paper sells for $1.50.

Tampa RV Show

Yesterday we went to the 2005 Tampa RV Show, which was taking place at the Tampa Fairgrounds. The pic is some of the many rv's in the parking lot. This is a big gathering for many people to meet up with their friends as well as go to the show. I guess they just have their mini rallys. It's a lot of fun meet people face to face that previously you have only been on the internet with. Then you have the different clubs that get together. If you ever get a chance to go to one of the big rv show I'm sure you will enjoy it.

Coastal Living.

Coastal living along the shore of the Gulf of Mexico is nice. Except during hurricane season. This area had high winds but,not much damage.

Those Lousy Birds

It is nice to lay on the beach. The only problem is trying to keep the birds away. Still relaxing though.
