New River Gorge Bridge

When we woke up yesterday morning the temperature was a nice 65* and that was much better than the previous 43* mornings.
After getting ready it was back on route 19 which had us going up hill.
In no time at all we came to the Famous New River Gorge Bridge.  Where they have  BASE jumpers leaping 800+ feet into the New River Gorge below! Rappelling, skydiving, and more.
And here is the river way down there.
There are more bridges along this route but none as long or higher.
Then as we nearly always do is get on the two lane roads.  I always tell Nancy that looks like a good fixer upper.

We finally got to Spencer where Sherry and Mark live but they were gone and wouldn't be back until late so we waited for them in the Walmart parking lot.
Sherry came over to see us when they got back so we went over to her house to visit a little while, then came back to the motorhome to spend the night at Walmart.

Thanks for stopping by and have a great day.
